Between gift shopping and holiday parties, it can be difficult to find time to cook the perfect Christmas dinner. Let the professionals take something off your plate — or, more accurately, put something on your plate — and handle the main course. Here are five places to buy Christmas ham in Atlanta this holiday season.

The Fresh Market

The Fresh Market’s spiral sliced ham is available year-round, but it tastes best paired with Christmas cheer. The ham is double-glazed with honey and baked sugar then smoked over hickory hardwood. Serve eight to 10 guests with Fresh Market’s 7- to 9-inch ham; it costs approximately $27 and can be ordered here.

Revival

Revival specializes in creative Southern food; a traditional smoked ham is only one of the many Christmas dinner options the restaurant offers. Buy a ham cured, smoked and cooked in-house for $90. One ham feeds 10 people; orders should be sent to nicole@revivaldecatur.com by Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 6 p.m. and can be picked up between 1 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 23.

129 Church Street, Decatur. 470-225-6770, revivaldecatur.com.

Milton’s Cuisine and Cocktail

Milton’s spiral ham with a bourbon orange glaze is perfect for Christmas dinner. The ham comes with a quart of orange glaze and your choice of side. Each ham costs $85 and feeds six to eight people; orders must be placed here by Monday, Dec. 18 and can be picked up Dec. 22 and 23.

800 Mayfield Road, Milton. 770-817-0161, miltonscuisine.com.

Pine Street Market

Pine Street Market smokes Riverview Farm ham in an herb brine then cooks it over a mixture of white oak and apple wood. The boneless ham costs $7 per pound and averages 5 pounds. You can pick up the hams in-store starting Dec. 22.

4A Pine Street, Avondale Estates. 404-296-9672, pinestreetmarket.com.

HoneyBaked Ham

HoneyBaked hams make a perfect holiday treat. The company offers several boneless and boned hams, all of which are required to pass HoneyBaked Ham’s rigid 16-point inspection before they’re allowed on shelves. Buy half, quarter or full hams that feed up to 22 people in the HoneyBaked Ham store or at one of the kiosks in area Kroger locations.

2909 Buford Highway, Atlanta. 404-633-8562, honeybaked.com.
