Spring in Marietta has had a banner year since it opened in April 2016.
The restaurant was named to Bon Apetite’s “Hot 10” list, coming in at number seven; executive chef Brian So So was named one of AJC’s chefs to watch; the restaurant received a three-star review; and its chicken liver pate on toast was named dish of the week. So was also named a semifinalist for the James Beard Awards’ Rising Star Chef of the Year.
