This Saturday, Aug. 5, is National Oyster Day, and several restaurants are celebrating with deals and specials. Check out where to enjoy oysters and read more about them:

Get oysters on the cheap

BeetleCat will offer $1 off on all oysters starting at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Yebo Beach Haus is serving up cape oysters with yuzu, pickled ginger juice, red tobiko, shiso and sweet chili vinaigrette.

This article is why I get so frustrated withe the AJC.  Not one place written about that is out of the city of Atlanta.  We eat In Cherokee.

I wouldn't call Roswell as in the City...actually I was struck by the preponderance of oyster locations in that area as written up. Mind you I am in Cobb and could use recommendations for here too...
