Chef Amanda Freitag, a judge on Food Network’s “Chopped,” announced the grand prize winner, Jennifer Shearer of PRESS Bistro in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, at General Mills’ headquarters in Minneapolis yesterday. Shearer walked away with a $40,000 cash and $10,000 to go to a charity for her Strawberry Cornbread Panzanella recipe.
First prize went to Chef Michael Minden of Michael V’s Restaurant & Bar in Tulsa, Oklahoma for his Butterfinger Cream Cheese Brownie Pie recipe .
