Calling home bakers! Pie Bar in downtown Woodstock is now at your service to help improve your pie game.

Pie Bar owners Cody and Lauren Bolden, who have operated their shop at 8720 Main Street since 2015, have launched Pie Provisions, a DIY pie baking business targeted to home bakers.

With Pie Provisions, the Boldens hope to provide home bakers the ingredients and know-how to make a blue ribbon pie. Its featured product is a pie crust mix based on the same recipe used at their shop.

The mix, which contains organic pastry flour, pure cane sugar and sea salt, contains enough dry ingredients to make one double crust or two single pie crusts. The product is available for purchase on the Pie Provision website and will be sold at some local markets.

A pie-based monthly subscription box will be added this fall.
