Not all dads want a tie for Father’s Day. Ok, most dads don’t want a tie as a gift ever. You know your dad isn’t like other dads– he’s a cool dad. Give him a gift on June 18 that says, “Hey dad, I really dig you” and make him proud with one of these fine finds for fathers.

Chocolates and cocktail pairing at Brick+Mortar

Beginning at 7 p.m., dads will be treated to samples of La Fête Chocolat paired with a custom cocktail by Staplehouse bartender and proprietor of Cocktail Commons glassware shop Ben Richardson. While the Father’s Day class is sold out, 18.21 Bitters is always coming up with cool new classes for the home bartender. Atlanta distillery tours
If dad is all about eating locally, we’re pretty sure he’s also into drinking locally. Take him on a Saturday afternoon booze cruise around Atlanta’s distilleries. Grab a Lyft and start the afternoon off in Decatur at Independent Distilling for samples of aged and white rum and their signature Hellbender bourbon. Next head over to the Old Fourth Ward to tour and taste your way through Atlanta’s first vodka, gin, and Lawn Dart ginger-lemon liqueur at Old Fourth Distillery. Finally, finish the day in the beautiful tasting room at ASW Distillery with samples of Fiddler bourbon, single malt whiskey and apple brandy.
