If you’re a Midtown resident looking for a plate of pasta and a glass of Negroni, your prayers will be answered within the next few months.

A new Italian restaurant – “Donetto” – will be opening in west Midtown this summer. It will feature a menu inspired by Tuscan cuisine.

Its rotating list of house-made pasta along with shared plates and meat options are on the menu at the new Italian concept. Beverage options include an extensive list of Italian wines, sodas and of course, the classic Italian cocktail Negroni on tap.

The new restaurant comes from the Indigo Road Restaurant Group, which is behind O-Ku, Colletta, and Oak Steakhouse.

The 4,000-square foot space, located in Midtown’s Stockyards development at 976 Brady Avenue, will include a kitchen-facing pasta bar and a wood-fire grill in a space that will imitate a Tuscan farmhouse.
