Advanced tickets for Sunday, Jan. 29: Chefs Kevin Gillespie and Joey Ward of Gunshow have gone international for the first Hired Guns series of the year, which will feature chefs Hakim Rahal and Pablo Rojas of Provisions in Montreal preparing a savory menu from 6-10 p.m. Rahal and Rojas have garnered significant attention from critics and diners alike for their five-course family-style menu created around the ingredients of the day from local purveyors. Tickets, which are $95 each, may be purchased here.
