Ponce City Market has received a lot of attention since it opened last summer. With its prime spot off the Beltline and its roster of top-tier restaurants, it’s become a must-visit destination for locals and out-of-towners alike.
Now, the food hall is getting some national props — Vogue magazine named it to its list of best food halls in America, along with entrants from other major cities including Chicago, San Diego and New York City.
The publication shouted out Honeysuckle Gelato, 18.21 Bitters, Simply Seoul Kitchen, Hop’s Chicken and W.H. Stiles Fish Camp as some of the essential eating Ponce City Market has to offer.
Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed celebrated the designation with a tweet:
Of course, PCM isn’t the Atlanta food hall — there’s also Krog Street Market, which offers up eateries and stalls including Superica, Richards’ Southern Fried and Yalla, amongst others.
